Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering from this store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You must also read the Shipping & Handling Policy and the Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellation Policy pages and agree to all conditions.
By placing an order at WobblesStudio, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s permission to purchase from us) and accept that these terms and conditions apply to all orders placed or to be placed at WobblesStudio. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed by WobblesStudio.

All personal information you provide to us or that we obtain will be handled by WobblesStudio. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure correct delivery, process payments, and provide customer service. Your information may also be used to communicate with you regarding your order.
This information may be shared only with trusted service providers required to operate our store, including Shopify and payment processors. Your information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. You may also request correction or deletion of your information by contacting us. By accepting these conditions, you agree to the above.
Payment
All products remain the property of WobblesStudio until full payment has been received. The price applicable is the price set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and any applicable payment fees will be displayed before confirming the purchase.
If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to buy from WobblesStudio.
All transactions conducted through WobblesStudio are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Card information is not stored by WobblesStudio and all payment data is handled through SSL encryption. Please review the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider, as they are responsible for the payment transactions.
Taxes
Please note that tax may not be charged at checkout depending on your location. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Local charges such as sales tax, VAT, or customs duties may occur depending on your region and local laws. WobblesStudio is not responsible for these charges and they must be paid by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
This policy applies to all orders, including preorders.
If you need to request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email wobblesstudio@gmail.com with your order number.
Attempting to circumvent refund policies by issuing chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after the cancellation window has passed may be disputed by WobblesStudio. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Shipping and Delivery
WobblesStudio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. WobblesStudio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
WobblesStudio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local post office or shipping carrier to file a claim.
If the item is still in stock, we may offer to reship the order. The customer will be responsible for covering the new shipping fee.
Product Information & Accuracy
WobblesStudio strives to display product colors, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to camera lighting, screen settings, and device displays.
Product sizes, materials, and designs may vary slightly as many items are handmade or produced in small batches.
WobblesStudio reserves the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, product images, graphics, logos, and content on the WobblesStudio website are the intellectual property of WobblesStudio and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from WobblesStudio.
Limitation of Liability
WobblesStudio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or misuse of products purchased from this store.
Customers assume responsibility for the safe use of all products purchased from WobblesStudio.
Force Majeure
Events outside WobblesStudio’s control that are not reasonably foreseeable shall be considered force majeure. This means WobblesStudio may be released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements due to circumstances beyond our control.
Examples include government actions, new legislation, conflicts, embargoes, fires, floods, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, supplier delays, or other similar events.

WobblesStudio reserves the right to amend any information on this website, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable or sold out after an order is placed, WobblesStudio reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. Customers may also be notified if an equivalent replacement product is available.
